Tracey takes over as CEO of Hampden & Co Bank in October 2024. Hampden is a relationship-led banking operation that offers banking, lending, saving, and fx services to its private and business clients. The Bank was established in 2015 and was the first new private UK Bank for 30 years. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial service sector, Tracey has a proven track record of delivering shareholder value through organic growth and acquisition. She is a transformational leader with expertise in business development, investment management, and financial services. She is also a respected industry voice and a board member of the wealth management trade body PIMFA and she chairs the Integrity and Ethics committee of CISI. Tracey is a keen mentor and a passionate ally for diversity and inclusion, and holds the ACSI credential and the Oxford Fintech Programme certification.
