Sales and marketing responsibility for the UK operations of the business

Part of company management team with key responsibility for production and maintenance of all company policies and procedures, recruitment and personnel administration, management and motivation of administration team; training of all new personnel in company IT systems and database, management of company IT systems; production of PSL bids.

A highly confidential and sensitive role as PA to the highest fee earning/business winning Director. This demanding and varied role required attention to detail combined with being both highly proactive and productive in a fast moving and dynamic environment. In this role, main responsibilities included managing and co-ordinating an extremely busy and ever changing diary, travel and meeting arrangements, restaurant bookings and screening calls; verifying information and updating client and candidate database; tracking and planning Director’s marketing schedule and drafting written correspondence; producing marketing packs involving internet research, searching for financial information, sourcing press releases and utilising our own in-house company research to ensure he is fully briefed for client meetings; acting as the key point of contact with clients and candidates for administrative purposes throughout assignments and preparing necessary correspondence and reports; providing general assistance and support to consultant’s during the assignment process.
