Responsible for leading the Helpdesk function, a team which provides a single point of contact and support to ensure that all contact is co-ordinated and courteously, efficiently and professionally managed to support operational requirements. Manage tasks and allocate duties to the team and service partners; ensuring maximum utilisation of all available resource and the delivery of operational excellence.Provide technical support as required, on allocated projects to update the CAFM.Manage and administer holiday request and all forms of absence. Day to day supervision of the Helpdesk team which includes team briefings, coordinating workload, organising training and ensuring appropriate levels of resource are maintained and company policies are upheld.suitable vetting of suppliers, checking compliance.Understand all contracts and ensure works meet the specified criteria, costs, schedule of rates, frequency, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and that SLAs / KPIs are monitored and achieved. Liaise with Suppliers to ensure contracted rates and service levels are applied. Provide support re supplier delivery including performance measuring and monitoring, escalation resolution. Assist with negotiating best value and service across a variety of disciplines.Maintain information on budgets, ensuring that expenditure is correctly recorded and that invoices and credits are applied to appropriate budgets.Ensuring correct and accurate cost information for all works.Assist in the provision of management data and reportsMeet with suppliers on a scheduled basis to review performance, achieve and maintain good relationships and ensure that service levels are met.
