Fit out & Relocation Project Coordination: Commercial fit out and premises relocation, including developing and finalising the scope of construction and fit-out works, managing the process of selectively tendering client design and fit-out works with external specialist consultants, coordination of external consultants including cost management, identifying and working to an agreed capital budget, managing statutory approvals, driving the fit out process and delivery within an agreed time frame and managing the relocation from current premises to new premises.Tenant Representation: Identifying and securing commercial premises on behalf of the Tenant, comprising market research and detailed client needs analysis to identify suitable premises, issuing formulated briefs to the real estate marketplace, negotiating lease terms and conditions to form Heads of Agreement, co-ordination and review of all aspects encompassing the lease documentation, legal liaison, negotiating lease termination and make good strategies.
