A member of the Leadership Team reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for supervising staff, managing business administration and operational activities across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria (45-50 staff) including HR administration, IT & telecommunications, business and staff licensing & training, branding & marketing, social media, events, asset management, business registers, uniforms, oversee general office and manage administration staff.

A member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Business Manager. Leading the Administration functions across the business, including management of operational activities such as IT requirements, space management, and telecommunications. Responsible for company resources, registers, and insurances and co-ordinating agreements. Leading and mentoring the administration team across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, solely responsible for all aspects of managing operational requirements for the office (70 staff), including management of corporate fleet of vehicles, telecommunications, invoice management, managing external IT provider and asset management. Business insurance co-ordination, Asset Register creation and management and managing front of house including staff.Project Co-ordination of Aqualand’s office relocation from existing premises to purpose-built premises at Barangaroo.

Fit out & Relocation Project Coordination: Commercial fit out and premises relocation, including developing and finalising the scope of construction and fit-out works, managing the process of selectively tendering client design and fit-out works with external specialist consultants, coordination of external consultants including cost management, identifying and working to an agreed capital budget, managing statutory approvals, driving the fit out process and delivery within an agreed time frame and managing the relocation from current premises to new premises.Tenant Representation: Identifying and securing commercial premises on behalf of the Tenant, comprising market research and detailed client needs analysis to identify suitable premises, issuing formulated briefs to the real estate marketplace, negotiating lease terms and conditions to form Heads of Agreement, co-ordination and review of all aspects encompassing the lease documentation, legal liaison, negotiating lease termination and make good strategies.
