Recruited to transform Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management for the Americas (LATAM and North America), responsible for leading the fulfillment for over 5,000 total internal and external demand. Role shifted to managing a labor arbitrage effort, as a result of changes in the market. Accomplishments included:1. Designed and activated an off-shore model to support sourcing and candidate conversions. 2. Collaborated and activated an employment marketing toolkit, including an internal Talent Acquisition channel to promote jobs, brand-approved, marketing toolkit, employee referral email templates in multiple languages, and a social media outreach effort to improve the targeting of technology professionals. 3. Successfully partnered with procurement to select and activate two RPO partners serving different parts of the country. 4. Strategically realigned with key team members, our internal workforce management team, TA group, and operations to work more collaboratively together. 5. Transformed our volume hiring practices in the United States, to better leverage a blended workforce model, that proved to be cost-neutral yet increase bandwidth in Talent Acquisition.

As the Global Workforce Solutions Business Leader with AgileOne, Tracey is the Practice Executive, responsible for the RPO and Total Talent Delivery and Solutions organizations.Over the last 4 years some accomplishments have included:1. Launched many new Total Talent Management clients and associated HR Strategies.2. 30% growth in our Talent Acquisition Outsourcing business year over year, exceeding budget goals for the last 4 years.3. Drove Bakers Dozen, Staffing Industry Analyst, and Everest rankings.4. Lead strategic technology partnerships that enhanced the Candidate Experience, Marketing, and Candidate Sourcing effectiveness.5. Lead the development of a Total Talent Acquisition Maturity Model, driving the talent acquisition of full-time, temp, part-time and intern talent. 6. Leading the design of our global RPO technology stack and strategic partnerships to enhance sourcing, candidate experience, recruitment automation, and other special recruitment program initiatives.7. Responsibilities included the management of the pre-sales solution design and engineering of global MSP and RPO opportunities. This includes technology and process design, complex cost and price modeling, global expansion in new markets (Germany) and sales strategy, market research and support.

Responsible for MSP / RPO Solution Design and Sales team. Resulted in closing over $1.4BN in Managed Services opportunities for the Adecco organization.

Managed a team of 11 to provide enterprise support for policies, operations, recruitment marketing, search firm management, vendor enabled project recruitment initiatives and Taleo, Applicant Tracking System.- Reduced recruitment marketing costs by $1M. Deployed interactive strategy that leveraged our retail marketing initiatives to increase candidate traffic and decrease time to fill.- Introduced project based recruitment process outsourcing to the various lines of business to decrease costs and increase quality of vendor enabled hiring initiatives.- Developed an online solution to manage search firm utilization across five lines of business. Led the development of business and technical requirements, system development and deployment. - Managed the recruiting operations team that implemented the talent acquisition applicant tracking system and developed a product management plan.

Developed the Recruitment and Staffing integrated workforce product offering strategy, technology strategy and global delivery framework for EDS’ newly formed HRO business. Built a repeatable set of tools that guided entire sales engagement and implementation process. - Supported pursuits, RFP’s and sales presentations. Resulted in the sale of the first multi-tower HR deal worth over $300MM.- Lead the global process and technology design for both our RPO and Contingent labor solution. - Leveraged Peoplesoft and SAP system as part of an integral team to design a comprehensive HR Portal driven by life and work events, the overarching HR shared services global model for transactional management support, and help desk management for all HR towers to include: Payroll, workforce management, workforce administration, benefits, recruiting and staffing.- Involved with the development and build phase of fully functional HRMS SAP and PeopleSoft system to be used as an BPO outsource provider services utility offering. - Involved with the technology and BPO integration strategies with up to 13 other products (for example, Taleo, Sum Total, Success Factors, Kronos timeclocks, Active Directory, Cognos, Hewitt, Fidelity, Towers Perrin)- Contract management leader for the merger integration team between TowersPerrin and ExcellerateHRO.
