Negotiating skills when finalising contracts & rates.- Writing copy for website/brochures & insuring all information/costs/availability are correct for product launch.- Organise on tour events eg, sightseeing, wine tasting days, New Year’s Eve functions, Q&A evenings, social pre-match functions including sourcing venues, food & beverage requirements & entertainment.- Promoting & selling latest tour packages. Communicating with customers to establish exactly what they would like to book & to help resolve queries or worries relating to the tour. - Train & manage team of co-ordinators whilst based in the office.- Logging & tracking sales by creating & using spreadsheets & our in-house reservation system.- Quoting & confirming product for tailormade enquiries/bookings.- Inter-departmental communication, for example, with the Aviation Department.- Creating & sending client confirmations & invoices.- Creating & sending detailed Final Documentation including itineraries, vouchers/flight tickets.- Checking, confirming details & processing final payments to suppliers, meeting deadlines.- Planning overall logistics for customers & staff prior to travel.- Travel with group as Tour Manager overseeing the smooth running of the tour.- Oversee & manage other Tour Managers including Freelancers.- Travel as Ground Operations Team overseeing the whole event/operation.- Ensuring targets are hit, profits are made & customer satisfaction.
