For the Executive Action Officer role, Tracey worked directly with the Regional President to manage overall business performance. This included the governance and monthly performance management of the four main operations across Europe and deputising for him when required. She undertook a wide variety of tasks based around ensuring effective performance management across the region including monitoring progress against agreed targets.Tracey led a team of four responsible for strategy and planning for the Europe-Africa (EA) region and being the point contact for the company’s Global Chief of Strategy. Responsibilities entailed; leading and managing the regional strategic planning process, strategy implementation performance reporting, mergers and acquisitions, market intelligence research, review and approval of business plans, and ensuring effective implementation. This included quarterly written and face to face reporting on strategy development and implementation performance to the CEO and Global Leadership Team and monthly at regional level. -

This culminated in a report setting out recommendations for improvement. The team was successful in securing a $10M contract with the NYC Water Board to implement the improvements and changes recommended. Tracey then developed the implementation plan and set up the programme team including recruiting and managing a 30 person team.

Permitting Manager, Client Representative During Construction And Dewatering LeadMwh Global 2004 - 2007Sacramento, California AreaTracey was responsible for three lead roles on the $592M Lower Northwest Interceptor Programme: Client Representative for the Southport Gravity Sewer Project, the Permitting Manager for the overall programme and Dewatering Lead for a major mitigation and public outreach initiative to address the impacts of the programme dewatering activities. These roles required extensive external stakeholder engagement and management including appearing on local TV, multiple public and one to one meetings, information documents, training etc.She helped set up and run the MWH Americas Programme Manager’s Forum – a network of all the MWH Programme Managers and Deputy Programme Managers across the USA. The goal of the Forum was to improve the way MWH delivered Programmes, identify, share and benchmark ourselves against industry best practice. Tracey led a number of initiatives and contributed to the successful development of the Forum.
