In my previous role at P&O Cruises I worked as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Executive, reviewing audience groups to ensure we were targeting the right audience for each communication by using data and personalising communications to focus on customer acquisition and retention.

As Lead Document Controller I prioritised the workload for one of the company’s biggest Brazilian project. Supporting the Project Managers, Production Managers and a team of Document Controllers to ensure all production packs had the applicable artwork, documents, requirements and specification including procurement requirements ahead of production commencing. I also ensured all documentation was kept up to date during production and customers were kept up to date on progress. Post production I managed the team on compiling MRBs (Manufacturing Record Books), comprising of all documentation and compliancy records/reports used throughout manufacture ready for delivery to the customer for equipment installation.
