With over 17 years’ experience in Human Resources and as a graduate of the University of Manitoba Human Resource Management Program, I have thorough knowledge of administration of collective bargaining agreements and the effective application of company policies. With my experience working with union and management, I’ve had the opportunity to cultivate good judgment, problem solve and utilize my conflict resolution skills. I have extensive experience in analyzing, applying and interpretation of collective agreements and grievance handling.
