Throughout my career as an HR and operational lead, I have worked behind the scenes facilitating activity across the business developing process and structure that allows everyone to achieve beyond their potential. I thrive working in a team environment that is dynamic and progressive. Customer experience is my passion whether that is with internal or external clients. I enjoy an uncomplicated and respected environment where all staff can exceed their personal goals. From both a personal and professional life I have learnt to be resilient and adaptable this comes from years of being a military wife where you quickly learn to be the master of your own destiny. I’m looking to make a difference to an organisation that is forward thinking and where I can play a part in loyal close knit team. My strengths come from working collaboratively to deliver results. My new role will be with an employer that has customers at the heart of the business, supporting activity across the organisation sharing knowledge and ensuring growth. Personal highlights:♦ Commencing in a part-time Admin Assistant role in 2002, progressing through to Head of Operations, responsible for day to day running of the business in 2009 - 2020, always with a strong emphasis on human resource capability and cultural development of the organisation.♦ Becoming a Graduate CIPD member and subsequent Member of CIPD - 2008♦ Supporting 2 TUPE transfer projects for public funded contracts♦ Part of the leadership team which managed the change programme from a organisation dependant on public funds to a stand alone commercial not-for-profit business ♦ Managing the transition of an in house IT department to an outsourced solution ♦ Project managing the development of a new website and integration of an existing CRM system ♦ Setting up and development of a new Chamber of Commerce in Milton Keynes ♦ Achieving Membership growth resulting in being the 7th largest Chamber in the network (2019) from 33rd (2012)♦ Planning and implementation of 2 new Business Awards; Northamptonshire Business Awards and Next Generation Business Awards♦ Implementation of Investors in People framework, successfully going from a basic standard before 2016, to bronze status to being awarded Silver 2018 and retaining in January 2020. ♦ National recognition within the Chamber network at the Chamber Business Awards
