Qualified in Programme, Project management and practitioner in Quality Service Improvement & Redesign. Master and degree level qualifications in Business Management. Experience gained across many areas of the public sector including NHS, Local Government, the police and crown prosecution services, doing a wide range of roles from programme/project management, change and operational management. I use a variety of project and change management methodology to identify issues, waste and put in place changes. The results are improved efficiency, which support patient quality, and deliver increased performance against targets. My enthusiasm and passion for what I do has led to others joining the drive for continuous improvement. The solutions I help deliver can reach beyond a team or service as I am a strategic thinker. There is no issue big or small that I am not prepared to find a solution for when asked for my help. I adapt my style to the organisation I work with. I am an Army veteran having served in HM Forces, which taught me a lot about leadership, teamwork and achieving objectives. Additional skill sets is understanding workforce planning, use data to identify size of problem and where best to deliver improvement.
