I've spent the last 28 years working in Recruitment and it is an industry I am fervently passionate about. We talk a lot about our "why" in life and for me, connecting with people, beyond the surface level is how I work. I am curious, I love to ask questions. According to one of those psychometric assessment tools "curousity and interest in the world" is one of my strengths. Along with kindness, optimism and future mindedness. I like to think that my clients and candidate see that the way I work is underpinned by these strengths. I started in a large agency environment and in 2004 Schadd and I set up our own agency Pure Source Recruitment. We specialise within the business support sector across a wide range of industries - property, construction, engineering, mining, education, not for profit.I consult to a number of our key clients on various HR related topics.
