My experience started 9 years ago as an assistant manager. In June 2012 I was offered the Property management position. In September 2020 another community with 32 units was added to my portfolio. . With being in both positions I have a huge variety of skills with many years experience. Riverpoint is a 220 tax credit apartment community while the other property is conventional. Since I have become Property Manager I have started a Neighborhood Watch with a team of about 10 members including myself from coordinator, captains and watchers. I have also set up to have an annual yard sale for my tenants. Riverpoint and the tenants mean everything to me. My job is to keep each tenant happy and to let them know I am always here for them, keep delinquency and resident retention to a minimal amount.
