- Responsible for product manufacture feasibility, product cost engineering and breakdown analysis to deliver cost management- Collaborate with Category Product and Design teams to understand and accomplish seasonal product concepts, fittings, and grade approval- Creation and translation of all development documentation- Cross category communication with Product Managers- Interface with Asia team to support development process and prototype approval- Ensure customer needs are at the centre of development decision making and Product engineering- Regular communication with global supply network on all product development from concept through to sales samples- Lead fit sessions and product reviews with Category Product and Design teams for assigned products- Instruct amendments to vendors to ensure prototypes accurately reflect construction and fit requirements- Manage seasonal range data entry into PLM (Centric)- Risk assessment to ensure early identification on product construction, testing, regulatory and safety compliance, and manufacturing capability- Manage handover of assigned products to production post sales samples- Creation of product tech pack, cost approvals, prototype assessments and sealed samples by exception on time, in full
