Duke University School of Medicine positions: Administrative Assistant, Chair of Medicine Office (2020) Managed meeting scheduling and secured locations for meetings including IT / AV needs for Chair over the largest department at Duke School of Medicine and University with 13 specialty medical divisions. Created and distributed agendas, sent calendar notices, and coordinated domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, conference registration, associate meetings, directions to locations, and expense receipt reconciliation and submission. Planned conferences, executive leadership meetings, and speaking engagements securing locations, managing advertising, and coordinating speakers. Staff Assistant to Chief, Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology (2010 – 2012) Championed administrative support to Chief of division and Senior Vice Chair for Academic Affairs for the Department of Medicine and Director of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disorders program for Duke-NUS (Singapore).
