What I enjoy the most about my current position is its diversity. I assist two in-house attorneys (and outside counsel) with drafting real property documents. I draft documents associated with acquiring the real property, developing the real property, and dealing with homebuyers. I'm also responsible for handling the corporate documentation for many different entities, including drafting minutes and filings with the California and Nevada Secretaries of State. I also track our companies' political contributions and file the required forms with the cities, counties, and the State.
