Serve as the leader of the flagship School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation at Springfield College. The School includes 3 academic departments and two centers (East Campus Outdoor Learning Center and the Center for Wellness Education and Research). The school offers undergraduate programs in physical education, adventure education, nutritional sciences, applied exercise science, athletic training, sport management and recreation management. Graduate programs include Strength and Conditioning, Sport and Exercise Psychology, Advanced Level Coaching, Athletic Administration, Exercise Physiology, Sport Management, and Health Promotion Disease Prevention, Advanced Pedagogy,and Athletic Training. The School also offers a PhD in Physical Education with 3 specializations. The school has approximately 60 faculty and 800 students.

Serve as a liaison between faculty and the administration. Provide leadership and vision for the ESSS department. Direct and implement department assessment plan. Oversee the department budget, department course scheduling and hiring. Evaluate faculty and staff annually.

Performed Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to clients referred to by chiropractor.

Performed massage therapy, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, and high volt galvanic electrical stimulation. Directed patients in prescribed exercise instruction, assisted with ordering orthopedic supplies, and developed X-rays.
