Undertake all accounts payable functions including:• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.• Daily bank reconciliation.• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments, domestic & international.• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.• Track expenses and process expense reports.• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.• Review and verify EFT and cheque requests.• Prepare and perform cheque runs.• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.• Managing fortnightly office payment run.• Data entry and reconciliation against the control account.• Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.• Investigate and resolve all AP enquiries.• Month end & year end reporting and reconciliations.• Maintain historical records by filing and archiving documents.

• Verify and process all accounts payable documents.• Payment runs, twice weekly.• Data entry and reconciliation against the control account.• Ensure payments meet required documentation and authorisation, coding, purchasing requirements, GST information, correct account period, allocation, etc.• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.• Match and process invoices against purchase orders.• Assist with month end closures.• Administrative support.• Respond to creditor queries.

• Receive and verify invoices for goods and services.• Prepare and match invoices to purchase orders.• Raising change orders.• Obtain appropriate sign off for invoices.• Generating purchase orders.• Generating remittances.• Reconcile vendor’s accounts.• Regular maintenance of open and aged purchase orders.• Month end accruals.• Ensure credit terms are adhered to.• Respond to supplier queries.• Request for adjustments.• Maintain updated vendor files.• Administrative support.

• Administration of refinance, financial difficulties and deceased customer accounts.• Daily letter reports to communicate to outside mailing house, in regards arrears letters.• Audit of collection flows.• Audit of collection accounts, including fee removal, write offs, back ending payments.• Monitor payment status of accounts.• Administration of mental health, prison or debt accounts.• Index and reporting of incoming and outgoing mail.• Issue appropriate responses to correspondence.• Administrative support.
