Scope encompassed all phases including engineering, fabrication, construction, commissioning and project startup to close-out and turnover to Operations.. • Restructured file room and organized filing system for over 300 projects• Categorized by Project Start Up to Turnover Over, Drawings and PDF’s, Emails, Reviews, and EPC Documentation • Handled file drawings and documents by processing engineering drawing turnovers, electronically scanning documents and maintaining data files• Ensured that procedures and standards were adhered to in processing engineering documents and drawings• Ensured accuracy, quality, and integrity of the data• Developed and communicated document Retention Schedule• Performed Off Site Storage Reconciliation and found multiple billings for documents not stored in off – site locations • Worked with key stakeholders to understand specific data and reporting criteria• Served as of single point of contact for Document Control for Inter Pipeline, contractors and vendors• Initiated focus groups with key internal stakeholders to understand document and reporting requirements for input into DMS• Worked with new document group from newly acquired Williams Canada, planning merger of files• Go to person for Acrobat, Citrix and all other all other document control issues
