Current• Developed a more efficient method of scanning employee documents into digital employee filing system, eliminating the paper trail and in turn eliminating the need for a separate file clerk position; trained team on new method• Process terminations and interdepartmental transfers or status changes including pay and title in the HRIS/Payroll system• Run Employee Referral, Sign-On and Recruiter Incentive Reports and prepare for payout by coordinating with payroll department• Prepared PowerPoint presentation on Employee Status Change instructions and coached departmental Managers• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of HR budget• Assists in the implementation and enforcement of HR processes including processing unemployment claims and conducting employment verifications; preparing offer letters, severance and consulting agreements• Process various HR-related reports for internal and external purposes• Assist hiring managers and employees with any HRIS/Payroll system related inquiries such as password resets, PTO accruals, employee benefits, etc• Monitor office supply levels and place orders as necessary for HR department• Assist with the hiring and onboarding process of new employees as needed by sending onboarding, processing background checks, completing I-9s, hiring, issuing time cards, parking decals, name tags, etc• HRIS/Payroll system troubleshooting for employees• Back up Benefits Manager when she is out of the office with any employee related questions in regards to benefits and assist with invoicing and reporting • Provide Executive administrative support to the CHRO and CFO, including technology support, managing calendars, arranging meetings, processing expense reports, developing and maintaining reports & presentations, facilitating correspondence and interfacing with external visitors, employees, candidates and vendors
