Ensuring all administration related to the sale of new products and management of accounts is accurate and completed efficiently.Applying company policy and procedures across all sales activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and current legislations.Undertaking extensive market and competitive analysis to identify key business development opportunities and to facilitate in the development of sales strategies and marketing plans.

East Midlands

Responsible for the training and ongoing competency of a team of 24 Regulated Sellers across multi sites. Coaching and mentoring reports on all aspects of the role to ensure compliant and professional standards of service are delivered at all times whilst still achieving sales targets.Continuously develop myself to grow and retain my own product knowledge and understanding of process and procedures and empowering team to do the same. Maintaining for my own regulatory status.Monitor and enhance sales performance whilst ensuring the customer is treated fairly. Prepare detailed reports to evidence.

East Anglia

Responsible for the training, coaching and ongoing competency of a team of 8 Private Partners across the East region. Ensuring that they met FSA requirements for Mortgage sales and associated products.Development of their skills to improve cross sales penetration, quality of application submissions and file quality results thus working towards better approval rates and get it right first time outcomes for the customers whilst still striving to meet individual and group performance targets.

London & South

Responsible for the sale of mortgages and associated mortgage products both face to face and via telephone sales. Supported local development of introduced mortgage business dealing with clients and brokers direct and over the phone from initial enquirer over policy and criteria through to processing, approval and drawdown of Broker applications for Third Party Distribution. This included the need to interact with other areas of the business typically to negotiate on specifics of underwriting, challenge decisions where appropriate, processing itself and ensuring swift transition to speedy drawdowns where possible.My Third Party Distribution work involved visiting local Mortgage Brokers, Estate Agents and other professionals to promote CYB Brand and encourage placement of their business with the Bank.Organised events locally to build profile and reputation of CYB with both the local community and wider markets which involved cold calling potential invitees and delivering presentations to support this.
