My successful career in education began over 28 years ago as I embarked on my first teaching post in London. Since then, I have worked in a wide range of roles and settings, both for local authorities, the diocese and for a Multi Academy Trust. In the last 13 years, I have held two successful Headships and, after doing my N.P.Q.E.L, I have successfully completed an extended period of Executive Headship. I am a Lead Principal for Oasis, a Local Leader of Education and hold a range of roles within the local authority e.g. Peer leader, member of Fair Access panel and Schools Forum.
