I have experience coordinating logistical support for the delivery of safety, compliance, and customer learning programs. I have worked closely with the Learning and Development team and Business Units to plan and forecast training requirements, and I have planned and coordinated logistical requirements for both digital and face-to-face learning initiatives. I maintained the operations of the CQV hub by supporting a safe environment for community members who were quarantining there. I also oversaw the day-to-day operations of the accommodation site, including the local operating procedures, security, safety, and infrastructure requirements.
