I am a passionate dance teacher and the admin manager of Movement Nation Dance Studio. These different roles require a variety of skills and talents that have built my passion to run a business whilst exploring my creative side in dance. My three main strengths are communication, creativity, and leadership. I have the confidence and patience to help others learn a new skill, and my exceptional interpersonal skills help people feel comfortable in a dance class. Creativity is ongoing in the role of a dance teacher, whereas my leadership derives from running a team as an administrative manager, and ensuring the dance studio is continuously growing. As a Business Marketing student at Western Sydney University, I have utilised the knowledge and skills gained from my studies into my current work field. Social Media Marketing has been a crucial skill for the dance studio, where I manage all social media accounts including Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook, and use this skill to promote dance classes and gain leads.
