I am Head of New Business for Trade Linens and have worked within the textile and retail sector for the past 25+ years in business development and account management. I work within a team who are collaborative and who always look out for and support each other. My primary role is to identity sales leads and opportunities, and am responsible for delivering tenders for new contractual work and maintaining strong working relationships with clients. I work on project-based work for tendering new products within hotel chains, gathering samples and costings and also working with existing clients on projects which could be anything from a new hotel opening to suggesting new products which will benefit their guests. I believe I am only as good as the products I sell, and the products I sell to my clients are of 5 star quality which never let me down. I get the upmost job satisfaction by providing invaluable service to my clients and always want to be the first person they think of when they have a problem that needs solving, fulfilling their requirements on time and to a high standard which, most importantly, makes their life easy. I also really enjoy getting to know my clients and building on relationships so I am always at the forefront of their minds. I pride myself on being organised, a great listener, proactive with a strong eye for attention to detail. My colleagues would describe me as being passionate about my work, collaborative and always see the positive in every situation. My guilty pleasure is watching movies, anything from old films to marvel and avengers with a glass of wine.
