I strive to demonstrate that value that effective management processes, and effective HR services can bring to organisations. I am experienced in management and generalist roles across private, public and third sectors. Through CV Prime (www.cvprime.co.uk), I provide the full range of job search support to individuals at all levels. I provide outplacement support to individuals following redundancy or termination of employment. I am a mental health first alder, and am IOSH qualified. With extensive line management experience and having worked in training and development roles throughout the whole of my career, I am a competent coach, trainer and mentor. I am passionate about working with individuals to help them to succeed and have confidence in their abilities. Through all aspects of my work, I adopt a tailored, bespoke and personable approach which brings out the best in individuals and empowers them to achieve their full potential.
