About Tracey Secker

I am passionate about raising awareness of abuse and trauma - currently I am doing this through my non-profit organisation, Voices Social Enterprise, and my role at RSVP.Voices Social Enterprise: we will be raising awareness mainly about domestic abuse, but we will be talking about other abuse and trauma. This will be through:- Our website.- Training and resources.- Collaborations with other awesome organisations and individuals.- Working with survivors and warriors to hear their voices.- Events and activities.- Speaking.- Facilitation of The Voices programme (www.thevoiceprogramme.co.uk).My work will be to raise awareness for all: ages, genders, sexuality, relationships, socio-economic groups, cultures, beliefs - EVERYONE. We will work with employers, employees, frontline services, individuals, community groups, charities - again EVERYONE.Awareness and knowledge can empower us all to recognise abuse, support others and ourselves, and work together to make a difference.RSVP: this is why I have decided to join the wonderful RSVP team - "At RSVP, we believe that everyone deserves a life free from sexual violence and abuse.
