In Louisville, I supervised 10+ employees for two locations. In my year there, I set a record for the highest profit for my store in two years, had 3 employees get promoted, and raised the customer service to an all time high. I was also in charge of aggressively cold calling local corporations and body shops to gain and increase overall business.
