I design eye catching and engaging websites for small to medium businesses using Squarespace. I am also passionate about helping businesses get back to doing what they do best by taking care of their day to day business admin.

My role as an IT Solutions analyst at Yellow was multi faceted. I was the lead contact for IT service desk which meant collaborating with all teams, including sales and support as well as managing and solving support tickets.I worked alongside the head of infrastructure which gave me experience in telephony support and DNS management.As well as this, I worked with the business support analyst, where I gained experience in the administrative side of HubSpot. I also studied Salesforce administration and have yet to sit the exam.

As a digital content specialist, my main focus was in coordinating website builds. I am confident working in multiple website platforms including, Shopify, Wordpress, Duda, BigCommerce and Squarespace. I coordinated large scale website projects between front end developers, graphic designers and copywriters. I also handled customer disputes and resolutions for over 3,000 website builds.Although websites were my main focus, I also dabbled in social media management and coordinated video shoots for customers throughout NZ.

As an Art studio coordinator, my focus was making sure that the process between customers, sales and graphic designers was clean and efficient. Changes to customers artwork, would come through to me, and I had to make sure that they were actioned and signed off before being published in the Yellow book for that year.
