Napoli Ceramics has supplied high quality ceramic,porcelain and natural tiles to a diverse number of projects over the years. These projects include Residential, Commercial, Swimming Pools, Airports and Hotels.Since starting Napoli Ceramics I have undertaken many job roles organising and controlling up to some 18 sites and 25 sub-contractors and employees, scaling architects drawings, negotiating and securing both large and small projects with some of the major house builders, Persimmons South East and Thames Valley regions, Cala Homes, Barratt Homes, Linden Homes, Charles Church, Banner Homes and many other architects, surveyors. Compiling Health and Safety documentation for relevant companies in line with the current legislation and ensuring that Napoli Ceramics maintained it's approved contractor SMAS accreditation. Through SAGE accountancy I maintained a close eye on purchase and sales ledgers, budgets, management accounts together with HMRC CIS and PAYE systems. In 2003, due to the success of Napoli Ceramics construction business I opened a retail shop offering wall and floor tiles to the general public, this then also allowed me to progress into my passion for interior design and I went on to design and spec for new homes. I also had a library of prestigious accounts with Brian Yates, Casamance, Farrow and Ball, Mulberry, Nina Campbell, Zimmer and Rhodes, Romo, Villa Nova, Osbourne and Little and many others.
