Passionate about promoting community mental health awareness, understanding, and prevention action planning. Highly knowledgeable and experienced in integrated mental health frameworks and biopsychosocial counselling approaches and assessments. I am grateful to have a successful track record of facilitating practical, evidenced based, and goals based coaching, and 1:1 and group training that is delivered with warmth, sensitivity and tailored to individuals and/or groups.
