Operational Risk Manager for the New Business Initiative Approval Process

As a Project Manager, completed 15 marketing campaigns in 2009. Worked with project teams from within the organization to meet time line dates that would ensure timely delivery of our value propositions and informative messages to our existing card customers.

As a Project Manager, utilized project methodology with a concept document, requirements document, testing and post assessment, to effectively manage a large/complex cross-departmental project. This project involved 29 team members from various departments of the organization and took 6 months to complete. Received positive recognition from the project.

Marketing Manager responsibilities included implementing and managing 9 referral call center programs throughout the US for large clients such as DaimlerChrysler, KeyBank, NRA, Boat US and Wells Fargo. I also managed several large projects for AIG Direct which included scoping an on-line shopping rewards program and a cash incentive referral program for.

I supervised a group of 9 employees. We were responsible for reunderwriting a renewal book of automobile business. I audited the daily work and handled all insurance department complaints.

Underwriter for Personal Lines Homeowners business for PA and NJ. Managed seventy-nine agents and brokers with a book of business that was valued at 7 million dollars.
