2006 – present DesignLine International Holdings, LLC Charlotte, NCOffice ManagerI came on board in October, 2006 and, as Office Manager, it was very imperative that multi-tasking, organization and a good sense of time management was critical for success in this environment. I handled a variety of office functions for several entities (Lamplighter Village, Eagle, Ltd., Lakota Creek Ranch and DesignLine USA) operating out of this office location. Tasks for each entity varied but included: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Human Resources, Travel, Website development, administrative support to the CEO and Chairman of the Board. In October, 2008, we opened our production facility in Charlotte, NC and I moved to the manufacturing side of the business for DesignLine USA, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of DesignLine International, which builds hybrid transit buses.  DesignLine International Holdings: Upon purchase of bus manufacturing facility in Ashburton, NZ developed website for the USA and NZ operations, handled Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, insurance needs, audit requirements, coordinated meetings, travel, etc. Lamplighter Village: Operated as Assistant to developer of this condo project in Pinehurst, NC and coordinated the bank draws, filings of legal descriptions phases, land releases, closing documentation for each unit and Homeowners Association bookkeeping and homeowner issues. Eagle Ltd. and Lakota Creek Ranch: Handled the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking transactions, meetings, travel, etc. DesignLine USA, LLC: Managed the operations for move to our new location to ensure smooth transition for all business functions (telephone , IT, equipment, furniture); set up the Accounts Payable function in Quickbooks for efficiency of payables; organized office operations and procedures for this start-up operation, such
