- Assist with all aspects of agency and staff insurance licensing, as well as surplus lines requirements- Coordinate with applicants, state agencies, and carriers to ensure timely license and appointment acquisitions along with renewals, while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations - Sustain the organization's compliance with Departments of Insurance in all 50 states plus US Territories regarding acquisitions, asset purchases, and office locations- Manage office Locations by reporting offices opening, moving, and closing to DOIs within required time frame. Report acquisitions and asset purchases to applicable agencies- Track and renew 3,000+ Individual Producer/Agent Licenses- Monitor Continuing Education status via NIPR, Sircon, and PCRM- Follow up with staff to have Continuing Education completed prior to license expiration - Submit and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual Surplus Lines filings according to appropriate Surplus Lines Association requirements- Provide Surplus Lines Coordinators documentation required to submit filings- Follow up with Servicing Team when filing documentation is incomplete and/or contains errors- Reconcile Company Credit Card monthly. Contact vendors regarding unclaimed charges- Troubleshoot miscellaneous concerns regarding license statuses - Respond to all department general e-mail inquiries including miscellaneous time sensitive requests from producers, carriers, and states twice daily- Contribute toward process improvement projects, such as automating the Continuing Education reminders, streamlining pre-licensing process, creating e-mail template/SOP for general processes
