Responsible for overall financial administration, including monthly invoicing, of a large MWH Federal Client project. (Budget: $58MM)• Continue to provide overall financial administrative support for project covered since 2011. Invoiced an additional $4MM to date. Total invoiced currently - $57MM.

Responsible for overall financial analysis and administration of each business unit’s fiscal health and assisted project managers with various financial tasks on mid-large scale jobs.• Managed financials for multiple Business Units including Federal (Budget: $8MM) and International Region operations (included offices in Chicago, Toronto, India, Pakistan and Ethiopia - Budget: $15MM). • Drove down aging AR for several business units, saving company over $1MM.• Assisted with the delivery of 3 invoices ($2MM each) in one month to meet a Federal client requirement for their fiscal year end. Each invoice was over 1,000 pages. Built invoicing schedule for remainder of contract – working with 2 Accountants. Invoiced $53MM on contract to date.• Built historical invoice/cost data tool for large International $17MM Client Amendment. Workbook is being used for another $9MM Amendment coming in 2014.• Established invoicing template and maintained invoicing for large Federal contract with 116 national & state task orders (contract size: $17MM total to date).• Developed workbook of Indirect/Overhead costs which cleared over $75,000 in inaccurate charges.• Chair of Chicago Women’s Leadership Group for 6 years. Hosted top level executives, including CEO for last 3 years. Won prestigious Presidential Award in 2012. 40+ women involved locally plus regional and global participation.• Found misuse of company credit card ($24K). Legal proceedings taken for reimbursement.

Responsible for implementation of all fundraising and acquisition programs for the St. Jude League (English and Spanish).• Assisted in the creation of the budget for the English and Spanish campaigns (retention and acquisition) including building workbooks, compiling and analyzing data from various sources (Budget: $12MM)• Saved over $100,000 in vendor cost reduction by finding creative uses for packaging surpluses and other cost-cutting measures.

Responsible for the successful implementation, coordination and fulfillment of the direct resource development programs, including: direct mail, television, telemarketing, radio broadcasts, reporting services and the internal direct response program.• Oversaw 34 direct mail campaigns (over 10MM pieces), 8 new TV infomercial programs ($5MM annual budget), 10 telemarketing campaigns (over 70% donor renewal) and 4 radio campaigns (name generation) that brought in more than $25MM in annual revenue for the organization.
