Support overall management of the program, its risks, issues, progress, and funding• Oversight of SIAIs, MRAs and Data Incidents (tracking, prioritization, reporting, updating) directly/indirectlyimpacting client and entity data; Program reporting to senior executives, enterprise• Establishment of data incident tracking routine for Global Banking Client domain: adherence to Enterprise datamanagement policies; primary point of contact for LOB, Operations, and technology partners to assess client andentity data impact, review of proposed solution and align priority and funding• Integral in the transition of the Client Data Management and Technology teams to an Agile method of managingdevelopment: technology partner's main POC for assistance in planning, organizing training when needed,scheduling and organizing PI planning sessions, and liaising with Technology's leaders in Agile methods• In adherence with Wholesale Credit guidelines, responsible for the management and support of recurringmanagement routines and governing councils aligned to client and entity data, data quality and AML/KYC; theseroutines serve as a control to mitigate data-related risks associated with these data, to ensure alignment of the dataand data model to strategic business goals and priorities, and ensure compliance with Enterprise data managementpolicy• Support of PPP to aid in the remediation of 7,000 CPO loans before second funding window opened
