With a background as a creative expressive therapist, I love working with organisations to develop and improve their wellbeing strategies. My mission is to help your team believe in themselves and thrive in a positive and productive environment.At SkillBase First Aid we offer first aid and mental health first aid training, along with train-the-trainer courses in both. We provide the tools and education needed to reduce mental health stigmas and build happier, safer, healthier communities, homes, schools, and workplaces.Let’s collab to transform your organisation’s approach to mental health and wellbeing.
