Current• Lead design initiatives discovery for our Lifestyle suite of brands through prototyping, testing, and creating exciting and interactive editorial experiences.• Co-Lead A11y Education and Training amongst team and wider company. • Create beautiful and engaging content experiences for brands including Esquire, Cosmopolitan, ELLE and many more.• Incorporate Design Thinking methodologies in my daily work and assist teams in implementing user centered practices.• Build, adhere to, and implement components of multiple design systems.• Collect data and vital user feedback via User Testing and research.• Collaborate with product, tech, creative and editorial teams in an agile process to identify problems while defining and executing solutions.• Help with visual and interaction planning from wireframes to prototypes to final implementation.
