I offer a unique perspective coming from a restaurant operations background and combine that with my talent for creatively sourcing, screening and identifying the best restaurant management leaders the food service and hospitality industry has to offer.  It is about finding that "fit". What makes an individual successful in a particular organization? What does that look like in terms of their experience and competencies?
