CurrentHello!I’m Tracey Morgan, I have been a Certified Residential Appraiser for 17 years working in both Northern Virginia and Central Texas. One day I met a man and moved to Copenhagen Denmark to be with him where I decided to start typing reports for other appraisers. If I go on vacation, I typically take my job with me, the map below will let you know where your report is being typed.People often ask me about the time difference. I am in a time zone ahead of the US and am a night owl so I will typically have reports done by the time people in the US are waking up. Imagine waking up and having your reports typed and waiting for you!I am just one person who appraised for a long time, not a typing pool or a company that is quickly filling in blanks and sending something back. I understand the abbreviations and notes that are jotted down while inspecting, I know that things can change throughout the appraisal process and I understand what clients are looking for. My hope is to not just offer typing services but to help assist you with the file. If I notice a discrepancy, I will contact you, I won’t just send it back to you. I understand the pressure clients can place on appraisers when they want the report right now.
