And it is this philosophy of For Better Health that has seen Medibank transform from simply health insurance to health assurance.As the People & Culture General Manager, I support the Customer Centred Healthcare (CCH) and Enterprise Services (ES) business lines within Medibank Group and partner with the relevant Medibank Executive Committee members (CCH & ES) to develop and execute people strategies to enhance performance and engagement of our employees across Australia and New Zealand. Over the last 6+ years with Medibank I have created people strategies and seeing the improvement and advancement of core people metrics within the business. My responsibilities also include the leadership of a national team of 12 HR professionals supporting the leadership and employees of the business (2800 employees nationally within accountable business lines; management) and playing a key role in ensuring the centres of excellence strategies align with the business needs to ensure optimal performance.
