Negotiated 45 agreements with institutions and business organizations, totaling up to $750K in just 2 years, while revitalizing the curriculum licensing process. Established a Curriculum Request Retrieval process, reducing the Request turnaround time from two weeks to 48 hours, resulting in the resolution of over 100 successful Requests in the first two months. This led to a 30% increase in curriculum sales opportunities.

Established and managed the ILM office and partnership, overseeing curriculum for 19 trades'. Generated $4MM revenue through nationwide agreements in collaboration with NAIT. Resolved 7,500 copyright image issues and updated 120+ curriculum modules. Co-founded the ILM Governance Committee, providing oversight for learning and development strategy and financial decisions. Collaborated with Government, industry partners and stakeholders to ensure compliance with Alberta standards, resulting in high-quality education delivery. Collaborated to implement corporate clients in the CMS and trained internal support teams as well as conducted 80+ training sessions for corporate clients and learners. Achievements include consolidating 22 separate databases for 6,500 students from 40 corporate clients and high schools. Managed various projects resulting in $4MM capital expenditure and increased revenue by updating curriculum to SCORM and HTML in 8 months. Successfully led a series of Information Technology Leadership/Change Agent Projects to streamline operations, improve the user experience and increase revenue. These projects include: • Database Merge Project – Amalgamated 22 databases into a single repository. • SCORM Conversion Project - Updated text-based curriculum to SCORM. • CMS and Accounting Export Project - Linked SAIT's accounting system to the CMS.

As a Project Coordinator, my responsibilities included developing project plans for energy load shedding initiatives, managing team budgets and schedules for energy use reduction projects, and collaborating with municipalities and utility companies to secure funding for our corporate clients. In this role, I was also tasked with preparing legal contracts and serving as a liaison between government agencies and clients to ensure smooth project implementation. Through these efforts, I was able to successfully support outcomes for Trackflow solutions, achieving optimal results for our clients while managing resources effectively.
