Go Card, Student Pass & accurate cash handling, admin of student passes, enquiries & lost property, in-bus 2-way radio & tour microphone usage• Exemplary customer service incl. school passengers & parents/guardians, bus monitors & teaching staff, road users & pedestrians, police, road maintenance teams• Professional liaision with 90 drivers, workshop, operations, management & admin staff• Apply Workplace Health & Safety practices incl. ongoing risk assessment to avoid/minimise personal injury & vehicle accidents• Completion of accredited 8-week Driver Training Program incl. highway, surburban, roundabouts, hill starts, dirt roads, reverse turns & parking; attainment of Medium Rigid Vehicle Open Licence & Industry Authority Blue Card RELIEF Route Duties:• Learn additional 11 morning/afternoon school routes, incl. buses, schools, stops, ticketing• Complete designated Relief Driving Duties on an as-needs basis, 23 schools in total
