After leaving my cherished profession in respiratory therapy, I embraced a new journey in the family fencing business alongside my husband. What began with managing reception calls six years ago has evolved into a passion for the fence industry. I've played a crucial role in propelling our company's growth year after year.Driven by a commitment to excellence, I've introduced education and leveled up the professionalism of our team serving our community through joining the American Fence Association, aspects often overlooked in the selection of fence contractors. This decision benefited our business and became a catalyst for my personal growth, boosting my confidence and fueling my desire to learn about this dynamic industry continually.Engaging with customers and the community, I strive to set a high standard within the industry, hoping to inspire other fencing contractors in our area. A pivotal moment occurred two years ago when I became the Rocky Mountain Chapter president of the American Fence Association. It brought me perspective on the importance of working together as an industry to educate about safety and standards of installation and design.Transitioning from patient care to the fence industry has been a gradual process, made easier by my unwavering commitment to never stop learning. Every day presents an opportunity to acquire new knowledge, and I am dedicated to sharing that knowledge with others.
