I joined Avanceon in 2007 as a recruiter, became a project manager in 2010 and began a leadership role in operations three years later. Since that time I have been promoted several times becoming PMO Director, Business Unit Director, Director of Operations and then Vice President of Operations, which includes participation in Avanceon's Executive Steering Committee. In this diverse role I am responsible for 6 operational business units and our PMO and lend support to our Sales and Human Resources departments on a regular basis.
