Conduct full planning of special events including design, logistics and post event analysis to ensure an amazing event for our clients and proper growth for the gallery. In addition to event planning and production, I utilize social media to promote Third Degree Glass Factory events, create sales and marketing materials and assist with web design. As assistant to the Office Manager and Marketing Director of Lashly and Baer, P.C., I support the implementation of all business opportunities and marketing strategies of the law firm. I create internal and external marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 and Microsoft Office Professional. Materials include but are not limited to attorney bios, press releases, firm advertisements, invitations, and mailers. I maintain the firms' social media sites, website, and Intranet using HTML and PHP. I serve as campaign manager for our annual in-house fundraising campaigns supporting both the United Way and Arts & Education Council, and serve as event coordinator for both staff and attorney/client corporate functions. In addition, I assist attorneys and paralegals in the preparation of trial presentations and seminars using Summation, Trial Director, and PowerPoint.As assistant to the Network Administrator of Lashly & Baer, P.C., I support the IT and Communications divisions by providing technical support to all Lashly & Baer attorneys and staff. This includes software updates and maintenance, hardware installations and troubleshooting.Additional duties include tracking expenditures for all Library expenses and maintaining the annual budget and maintain attorney licenses by tracking Missouri & Illinois MCLE credits and filing the annual report to the Missouri Bar.

As lead coordinator, I am actively involved in the daily coordination of all public events assigned to Lucky You Productions, most specifically weddings. My goal is not only to execute an event that exceeds the expectations of the client, but to maintain contact and build relationships with company vendors and clientele.Projects in the St. Louis Area include St. Louis Fashion Week; Wall Ball, USBGC Growing Green Awards and Lou Fest. I also coordinate weddings - from contract to 1st anniversary follow-ups.
