I was promoted to Digital Media Lead in 2021, where I oversee the development and distribution of original and compelling digital content, including videos, podcasts, blogs, and webinars. I also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of Lumen's brand and message. I hold two graduate certificates from Yale University in digital marketing and management, and I have won multiple awards for my excellence in television and radio placement.
