Employment Partner at CMS, having previously spent my entire career with Nabarro LLP, having joined in 1994 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualifying as a solicitor in March 1996. I specialise in all aspects of employment law and labour relations with vast experience of both contentious and non-contentious issues in the public and private sectors. I have particular experience of acting on and conducting Tribunal advocacy in complex employment litigation, including discrimination and whistle-blowing cases, advising on industrial relations issues (such as trade union negotiations and industrial action), restructuring and redundancy programmes, including in the context of cross jurisdictional insolvency, acting on corporate transactions as well as advising on the application of TUPE in national and cross border transfers. My practice spans most sectors including construction, energy, financial, healthcare, infrasture, life sciences, manufacturing, real estate, retail and technology across both the public and private sectors.I enjoy sport and play Netball for the firm's Netball team in Sheffield.
