• National Role – Design and deliver developmental and functional learning and development solutions to meet strategic business objectives and support approximately 1,000 staff across 25 locations over a 5 year period.
• Implemented a new customer management project to an office of 25 staff within a 3 week period including the delivery and evaluation of all staff and management training.
• Facilitated workshops to improve and standardise DVLA processes. The results were fed into process maps to be used in 39 offices across England, Scotland and Wales.
• Delivered awareness training sessions to 1200 staff in 39 offices in a 3 week period as part of a small team.
• Managed a project to improve accuracy of the record within DVLA which resulted in the record being updated in 2 days rather than 5 days upon receipt of an application.
• Designed, delivered and evaluated training on a specialist subject, ‘Diplomatic and Consular Vehicles’ within DVLA.

• Prosecuting 80-120 enforcement cases at local Magistrates on each scheduled hearing. Plus occasional cases at County Courts.
