Tracey’s background is business development, communication and organisational expertise gained in the education, banking, care and business sectors. Tracey's more recent focus has been to support SME's to grow in the South of England by establishing partnership between private enterprise and government. Tracey continues to contribute towards the growth of ambitious, like-minded entrepreneurs and high growth businesses that will drive growth for mutual benefit and for the wider economy.Working as an intermediary between the commercial sector and further/higher education institutions in Kent, Tracey managed up to £2.6m of contracts via various educational and community projects. Tracey has secured Knowledge Transfer Partnerships, apprenticeships, work experience and internships, offering valuable experience to students and local businesses as well as working on the operational side of school management including marketing, events and recruitment.During 17 years spent in Retail and Business banking throughout Kent, Tracey developed expertise in the recruitment and retention of clients, business development, account management, project management, promoting collaborative working and internal and external synergy.As a volunteer, Tracey worked as a trustee for KCFN/CXK for 6 years and as a mentor to young people leaving the care system for 15 years.
